Very simple really! cooked-at-home.com is the world's first directory dedicated to listings of home chefs, home bakers and small scale home style food makers.

So we have those who love to cook at home, the Pakaos - they register with us to get a Listing page.

Then we have those who love and want home cooked food, the Khaos, who browse through the Listings of home chefs registered with us.

Bringing together those who love home cooked food, with those who love to cook at home - that's what we do!

No.

At present, we have no arrangement for delivery services between transacting Khaos and Pakaos. Home chefs and their customers have to mutually decide on pick-up or delivery.

Think of us like a directory or yellow pages, just dedicated to home cooked food. Just as your listing in yellow pages does not imply any services by the directory service provider; similarly registering on cooked-at-home does not imply any commitment for the actual food delivery.

It is a platform where Khaos can find Pakaos, and Pakaos can advertise their home made yummies.

We don't know.

Orders are placed directly with the Pakaos, who accept, prepare and fulfill those orders. The scope of our service is to put KHAOs in touch with PAKAOs. Beyond that point, the home chef (Pakao) takes over.

For Pakaos, there is a one time New Listing Fee, and a Listing Update fee as when changes are required, as per our pricing page.
Khaos however can browse through and select their Pakaos at no charge.

If searching for your city throws up no Listings, then it means we don't -- yet -- have PAKAOs from your city. Perhaps you can recommend us to any home chefs you know in your city :-)

Do keep visiting us at intervals, as we are sure your place of residence will eventually find its way into our Directory, sooner or later.

If you happen to be a home chef in a city that isn't yet in our directory, do fill in our registration form to sign up for a Listing and be the first in your city to do so!

To register as a Pakao and get your own Listing page you need to:

a) fill out and submit the registration form
b) pay the New Listing fee as per our pricing page
c) provide us with your menu, profile picture and upto 36 photos for your gallery album

Once we have received all the required information, menu and images from your end, it takes upto 2 weeks to create your searchable, shareable Listing page.

Anytime you want to make changes to the information or images in your Listing page, please drop an email to admin at cooked-at-home dot com, or connect with us on +919920440980. Kindly see our pricing page for update fees.

Please allow 2 weeks for your Listing to reflect the changes.

It can take a few days, even upto 2 weeks after your Listing page goes online, for it to reflect in the search results of various search engines. Each search engine has its own timeline for when their bots come around to update/index pages of websites. Please wait a while, and your Listing will soon show up in the search results.
