Baisara has over 13 years of cooking experience, honing her culinary techniques, through trial and error, on Moroccan as well as international dishes. Quick and efficient in the kitchen, she takes pride in providing fresh tasty home made food to all.

A unique service Baisara offers is Homechefstaurant with a twist where you not only meet and eat with a group at her place, but you source AND cook the meal together too!!

Baisara meets with each group at Koutubia Mosque, and starts the experience with sourcing ingredients at the local market, after which the group proceeds to get to know one another and Baisara over mint tea.

Then begin her cooking classes where she teaches her tips, tricks and techniques in the kitchen which she has perfected over the years while demonstrating the finer points of Moroccan cooking. Finally, the group sits down to relish the gastronomical delights they sourced and prepared.

Cooking Info

I make starters, mains, sides and desserts from Moroccan, French, Mediterranean, Italian, Asian, Filipino and Fusion cuisines.

I also come to your location, to prepare meals in your home, as your personal chef.

My specialty is the fusion items, which are my original receipes.

Special receipes for exotic drinks are also in my repetoire of recipes, only for my personal chef services.

I have a special service in which I organise a cook-and-dine group, as explained above the Contact Card.

I offer Homechefstaurant services as well, where I prepare a predecided menu for a select group. You can sign up for this service individually or as a group.

All the four services mentioned below are available all week, round the year.

Pick up from, and dining at, our location -- both options available.

To ensure proper handling of our food, we have our own delivery person and vehicle. Delivery is at no cost to you, unless the order requires some special handling or is very far away; in which case there will be a small delivery fee, disclosed to you at the time of taking the order.

We require advance payment group dining experiences and for large delivery orders. Payment options include cash on delivery and bank transfer.

You can also make a reservation and pay through platforms like Take a Chef or Airbnb or Viator to guarantee the reservation.


Menu & Pricing

Please place your orders/ make reservations a few hours in advance. For larger parties and to ensure you get your choice of day/date/timings, please confirm a few days ahead.

I aim to always serve my customers with freshly prepared tasty meals, made from the finest and freshest ingredients and my special recipes and techniques. Sometimes rare and fine quality ingredients take time to source. So, for party orders, cook-and-dine groups of more than 15, please connect at least a week ahead.

I welcome special requests for dishes that may not be mentioned in my menu and entertain customisation as per your taste.

Prices for a dine in group of 2 guests will be approximately دم 3000. A group booking for four would cost دم 4000 and a group of six would be about دم 4500. This includes ingredients and service for 1 item from each of the four sections (your choice of any one dish from starters, one from first course, one from main course and one from dessert).

Price for cook and pick up/delivery is دم 175 for every item on the menu below; each dish is sufficient for 1 person.
