Cooking Info

I make veg and non-veg dishes from East Bengali and Bangladeshi cuisines.

Mochar Ghonto, Echod er Dalna, Kakrol er Pur(seasonal), Tite Koralar Pur, Bapa Mach (Fish are seasonal - Rui, Ilish, Katla, Bhetki).

I also cook chicken and mutton in the traditional East Bengali style.
