Terms of use for Pakaos
When Listing with us, you agree to uphold the following...
1. The Love to Home Cook Clause passion for cooking
I stipulate that I love to cook at home, and will provide food freshly prepared by me, in a residential home kitchen or a small kitchen setup personally supervised by me.
2. True Self Clause my name and details are for real
I am who I say I am, and my contact details are correct at the time of registration. I will not misrepresent myself or provide any information that is not the absolute truth, in any way or form, neither on my Listing, nor in any communications with Khaos or cooked-at-home®.
3. Licensing Indemnification Clause I am responsible for my own licences
Should my country/city require licences for home cooks, I will, solely and alone, be responsible for the same. With regard to meeting the legalities of home made food sales in my jurisdiction, I indemnify cooked-at-home® from any and all liabilities.
4. The Fresher than Ever Clause freshly cooked
I will only provide freshly made, home style food, prepared with love and care, from quality ingredients that are fresh too!
5. The Delight Clause happy khao
I vow to do my best to delight my order placing Khao with some amazing home style cooking.
6. With the Times Clause promise to update
I promise to keep my Listing updated with my current contact and cooking details. I shall not allow my Listing to get outdated.
