Delectable Delights from a Dad's Kitchen!
An attempt to spread joy through food-the only way bongs know how to express love! Over time and with the demands of two forever hungry and passionately foodie teenage boys who thankfully inherited the right genes, the repertoire spread from not just Bengali cuisine to a wider variety!
So, here's a spread from the kitchen of a Bong Dad(baba) who can cook up a sumptuous meal for all to savor. Pick from a delectable spread of Bengali, Chinese, South Indian, and Continental delights, and be rest assured, you will be choosing not just great taste but also fresh, organic ingredients only a foodie dad would use to create magic for other foodies even if they are not his boys!

Wah wah! What sumptuous lunch we had with "Chitol muithya"! The muithyas were not rubbery /spongy and not too brittle either! Taste was balanced, neither too spicey nor insipid! The gravy was very tasty -all ingredients have blended well without any excess flavor of onion, garlic or garam masala! Well done! Khub valo khelam! Keep this up! Surely it will win the hearts of bong traditional food lovers

My daughter is usually a picky eater- she made special efforts to polish off the bowl of Sorshe Murghi.
