White rice and 4 wheat rotis included in every Indian meal.
These can be swapped for 4 jowari rotis and brown rice, at Rs 25/- extra.
Make your own meals - 1 veg + 1 dal + 4 rotis - for Rs 150/-
Daily tiffins require minimum 1 month's signup and advance payment, at Rs 250/- per meal. Every one of the thirty meals are different, with no meal repeated as can be seen from a typical month's meal plan listed below.
Please note the below weekly meal plans are sample menu. Seasonal variations will occur as per availability of ingredients, and can change without notice.
