Innovative themed cakes creator, who has taken cake making to an art form!

Poornima's creativity knows no bounds - she can match her yummy cakes & bakes to any theme that you give her. She uses NO fondant sheets for themed cakes. Just the occasional toppers and characters are made in fondant.

She uses cream or ganache in place of fondant, and while those are more difficult to work it, they make her cakes less wasteful (no discarded fondant).

If you can dream it, she can design and bake it for you!

I specialise in creating unique designs based on a theme of your choice - be it colours, concept or personality!

I can do eggless and egg based cakes with innovative designs and concepts just as well as the classic favourites.

I make everything from scratch - no premixes used.

My specialities are the Water Fountain cake as well as unique designs in whipped cream and chocolate ganache cake.

Please place your orders well in advance for customised cakes. For regular cakes, kindly give me 2 days notice.

Do note that unusual cake shapes, 3D fondant characters and toppers are not included in the prices below, and will be charged extra, depending on the complexity of the design and the work involved. Toppers are priced in the range of Rs. 350-750 per topper.

F.A.Q.s

My cakes are freshly baked and non-fondant covered; hence they can stay good at room temperature for upto a maximum of 3 hours. The exception to this is peak humid weather and summers.

However, if the cake has fondant characters or toppers, then ideally the cake should be kept in an AC room, as Mumbai weather is not very favourable to fondant most of the year.

Do ask for for instructions on your specific cake when placing your order, as it mostly depends on your customisation.

Fondant is expensive, and rarely consumed. I prefer to work with cake that wont be discarded so you get to eat all that you pay for. Creative cake decorating techniques is what I use to make sure as much of your cake as possible can be enjoyed.
Some amount of fondant toppers and characters are inevitable, but that I usually explain at the time to place your order.

There are a variety of fillings that can be added to most of my cakes. Please go ahead and state your preference.
