The loss of the aviation industry has become a gain for foodies!! Prashant, and his wife, are globe trotting, food loving Aviation professionals, who have put together an expertly curated menu of signature dishes from pan Indian cuisines.
Their extensive travel and sampling of international cuisines has led them to believe, that no matter how exotic foreign cuisines maybe, nothing can match the sheer tongue tingling flavours of our very own desi foods. And so, they bring the best from across India, from their kitchen to your table.

Please place your orders at least 24 hours in advance.
A portion consists of 4 pieces of Mutton / Chicken, and all dishes are served with either steamed rice/ 2 chapatis/ 2 appams.
Only freshly sourced meat and vegetables are used in all preparations. We also grind our own masalas and use organic spices, and ensure authenticity by sourcing local ingredients from the states that the dish is from.
